Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding and drinking.
• Administering medications and monitoring health and well-being.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting clients with mobility and helping them maintain their independence.
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo training and development.
